Having problems.
I've tried many different ways and nothing seems to work.

Abit AW8D
Pentium D 930 (idle at 3.55 18c load approx 28c)
ocz GOLD 4-4-4-13

I cant get past 237fsb. The v is at 1.3375 and i've tried upping it past 1.3875 and I still crash when I go past 237 fsb.

I've tried changing the N/B Strap CPU around (psb533-800-1066) and the dram frequency from 1:1, 1:2, 2:3, 3:4, 3:5, 4:5 etc and none work right.

Im kind of at a loss of what to do. I can get as far as the XP loading screen with the bar progression, but mid way through it haults and I get a hard restart.

I've tried setting it all by SPD and CPU SPD. Nothing works.

Any input would be wonderful

well... i dont feel im gonna be much help with this... ...(as im not sure of safe voltage increases for intel cpus, or ddr2 memory)... but, for what i have when i oc my s939 x2, is i raise the cpu voltage up from 1.4v stock, to 1.5v, and the memory voltage from 2.63v, to 2.71v... aside from that, loosening the memory timings might help some, particularly the cas latency i would think (reducing memory speed as youve done, in combination with what i suggested above might help too)... and then if you do get to boot, you can try tightening your memory settings again, increasing memory speed again, lowering voltages (possibly), until you find an optimal combination... ...i hope that gives a relative idea of what you could possibly try. though the voltage numbers i gave i wouldnt think would cross over exactly.

I would say either you need faster ram (if you have ddr2-667, get some ddr2-800. If you have ddr2-800, get some ddr2-1000), or you have hit the OC'ing limit for that particular chip.

I'm leaning towards you hitting the limit.
