Antec TrueBlue 430w low volts

I posted this in the Asus forum as is it the current MB paired with this PSU.

I figure i would post here possibly if any of you heard of voltage issues with this power supply. My 3.3v rail drops well below the 5% and triggers Asus Probe at around 2.8v.

Any ideas?

But I will post here too...

I have a True Power 430 watt PSU, and it should not drop that much, and if mine read lower a tenth of a volt I would be concerned on the 3.3 volt line.
If it is under warranty I would RMA it.

Also it could be the motherboard miss reading the voltage, to be sure you can use a volt meter and check the output of the individual lines by jumping the PSU with no motherboard attached.
