Chaging the administrator password

Hi there,

I have got two domains in my forest. One is an empty root.
I changed the administrator password in the domain where all the resources
are located.

When I visited domain controllers in sites a few days later I found loads of
errors in the application log . Source = UserEnv, Event ID = 1000,
Description = "Windows cannot determins the user or computer name. Return
Value (1326)." Also dcdiag reported a ldap error 31 when ru non these dc's.

When I restarted these servers dcdiag reported that everything was OK and
from what I can see the event viewer is not reporting userenv errors(not on
restart anyway)

Could someone answer this question "Should all the DC's be restarted in the
event of an administrator password change"?

there is no need to reboot DCs when you change the admin password
