How to find the certificate of authenticity key inside the hardware

Hello,
My Acer Laptop came with windows XP, however I had upgrade to windows 07. my product has been erase from the bottom of my laptop how do i find the certificate authenticity key

If your XP setup is not on the computer at all, you need to contact ACER to get the key. They may or may not keep that in their records though. If XP is on the PC and you are dual-booting, you can use a keyfinder like Magic Jellybean to get they key.
