Where to find internet options in windows 7

can someone tell me where to find internet options in windows 7?

I found it, you press internet explorer then press:Alt, then tools will come up at the top. Thanks for the reply, paxton

In the View menu, you can set the menubar to be visible all the time.

Another way to do it is to hit the windows key (to bring up the start menu), then start typing "Internet Options". You don't have to click anywhere since the cursor defaults to the search part of the start menu. I get to most things this way.
