demoted dc

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.active_directory (More info?)

I have a dc that was demoted several months ago. If you go to the event
viewer it still shows all of the event logs a dc would have, is this normal.
Also, the only one that shows activity that shouldn't is the FRS log, it
shows the file replication service starts, what should I do about that?
