Hello

We have one NT4.0 BDC left in our 2000AD environment and would like ot retir
ethe server now. I am having trouble finding any related articles which
explain how to demote this server. I assume that dcpromo will not work on a
NT4.0 machine.

We are not planning on keeping this server as a memebr server or even
keeping the hardware for that matter.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Mark Clark

Turn it off.
Format the drive.
Move on.

:)

With an NT 4.0 BDC you can just kill it and make sure that there isn't a
computer account left over in the AD Users and Computers interface.
