Is there anyway via a script or command tool that I can use to export a
global group from one domain and import it into another domain? I dont want
to remove it from the original domain just export and import into a new
domain.

Look at ldifde.exe

Note you will not be able to import the SID or GUID, those will be regenerated
in the new domain.
