If I use the Asus Mypal 620BT (Windows mobile 2003) *via* my docking
station *or* connected via my GPS module in the car, I get regularly pop
ups in my window with the content Unable to connect; You have no modem
entries created, and no network present.

I can't find yet the reason which application want to have a
connection... I suspect ActiveSync but every option leads to regular
pop-ups in my window with "Unable to connect".

Any suggestions?

You are going to have to figure out which app(s) is causing this. It
could be ActiveSync or Inbox if either are configured to sync
automatically. It could also be Internet Explorer if you are browsing
Avantgo or other offline content and images are missing. PIE will try
to go online to get them.

I understand that, but every ~10/12 minutes I get a pop-up window with
the message "Unable to connect" *if* I *wired* my PPC, via the PPC
cradle connector, to my *GPS* module. I can't discover in Inbox or
ActiveSync on my PPC that configure possibly the sync automatically.

If the PPC is connected via the cradle and the ActiveSync stopped
manually, then I get the same pop-up window. Usually you don't stop the
ActiveSync when you use the PPC via the cradle ;-)

During driving my car with the navigation software it's very annoying to
get the regular pop-up on my PPC, which is the main reason to solve this
problem.

I think I have found a workaround. In ActiveSync Tools -> Options ->
Advanced I clear the box "Enable PC sync using this connection": USB
(When cradled). Since then, I get no pop-ups when I use my GPS module.
