I can't be alone in owning a laptop and a desktop. Given that high end grpahic cards can cost a budle, it seems fantastic that we can have one graphic card for whichever of our systems needs the performance. I envision the following:

1. Grpahic card on home system usually.
2. Laptop raoms with me for work/school.
3. LAN parties can now be laptop + extern graphic card.

Seems prerrty ideal to me.
