I need help choosing RAM for my up coming conroe build.

I see the price difference between DDR2 533, DDR2 667, and DDR2 800.

What's the difference in performance in choosing one over the other? I don't think I can afford to buy DDR2 800, so is it okay to use one of the others?

Thanks.

What does it run at for ram? Can i use 667? or 800 but only for over clocking...
I hope this is not stealing the thread....

Decent DDR533 RAM runs synchronological with Conroe's core... and overclocking uses the FSB, so at 667MHz it is a 25% overclock... and even then the memory will still clock upwards just might need to increase timings...

I would suggest quality DDR667 memory for stock to moderate overclocking
and low latency DDR667 or higher for moderate and greater overclocking...
