I have many PCs that are currently joinded to AD & they need to be re-imaged
(new image - same hardware & same computer name). After the new image, they
will need to be rejoined to AD. What's the best way to go about doing this?
BTW, I use netdom for adding & removing PCs from AD. Thanks

James,

Have you made use of sysprep? Er, meaning that you have a 'source' machine,
configured it just how you want and then run sysprep and then run Ghost to
create the image and put it somewhere on the network. It has been awhile
since I used Ghost ( probably similar to the other options ---- you did not
mention which product you are using and there are several products that do
'imaging' ) but I think that you have to configure the sysprep.ini file.....

Or am I completely missing your point?
