Hi,
My iPaq H5150 cannot sync using USB, but works fine using serial port.
My new Dell Laptop does not have a serial port, followed Microsoft's
trouble shooting, nothing can fix it.
In the "Get Connected" dialog, it shows a message "Your device was not
detected".
The available connetions show USA is available.
I am using ActiveSync 3.7.1.

Take a look at the Activesync Troubleshoot Guide on CEWindows.NET
(http://www.cewindows.net/faqs/t-shootactivesync.htm). You'll find tons
of tips and tricks that might help you.
