We have two windows 2000 servers. In one server we have upgraded
windows 2000 from windows NT and in the other server windows 2000 is
loaded directly.
While trying to give trusting from the server (in which win2000 is
loaded directly) to the server (in which win2000 is upgraded from NT)
we are getting an error message "RPC Server Unavailable"

What could be the problem ?

Regards

Are you trying to set up a trust between two different domains? It is not
clear from your explanation since there may be no trust between servers
directly, but only within domains or forests.
