AD Replication Problem

It seems that I have a DNS lookup problem, but I already did what I found on
the online support articles. I could reduce the number of errors I have on
the Event Viewer after going through the online documentation (delete and
recreate dns zones, etc), but I still have the following errors and I can't
figure them out:

I can ping 60185fba-6611-4f9c-83bf-a6b8291d1cb0._msdcs.cdminstitute.com from
my workstation and from the server who are in cdminstitute.com. The child
domain cdmcampus1 is in a remote location and is linked to cdminstitute.com
through a VPN over the Internet.

try using the netdiag.exe to repopulate your dns zone with dns entries for
the domain resources records.

Gabe, thanks a lot for your response. This error is driving me crazy.

I tried the netdiag /fix command and on the DNS Test section it says:

[WARNING]: The DNS registration for 'SERVERHQ.cdminstitute.com' is correct
only on some DNS servers.

After running the command, I stopped and started the netlogon service.

I svrmarlton.cdmcampus1.cdminstitute.com and serverhq.cdminstitute.com are
DCs and DNS servers at the same time.

I ran the same command (netdiag /fix) on svrmarlton as well.

I still have the same error on the event viewer! Do you have any other idea?
Do you need more information about my setup?
