Fixing the Twain

Hello,

My HP OfficeJet 7310 stopped working. I messed around with it and eventually it started back up. However, I cannot scan to my PC. I get the message, Does not recognize Twain, make sure Windows has the Twain source--or something like that.

I think I would try uninstalling the printer, including its driver and all HP printer software. Then use the HP CD to reinstall the driver and other software you want to use.
