Domain security policy

Hi,

From my domain controller, in domain security policy, i had set up the
maximum password age to 180 days and i have enabled the password must meet
complexity requirement s
My problem is that it doesn't work. Users still got a message to replace
their passwords after 1 month and they can reset the paswword to anything
even the previous ones
there are 2 DC in my domain W2K Active directory
any one knows what to do ??
