meh. dog feces are known to carry multiple infectious diseases. leaving a bag of shite under her door encroachers upon her own right not to be exposed to that crap (no pun intended). it's different with TV or radio... u an simply change the channel or turn it off. in his case, all he had to do was trash the mail. however, avoiding a bag of shite in your own office, especially when it's been left unannounced, is unavoidable. a political mailer is harmless, a bag of dog shite isn't.

i cannot see how he has a first amendment case here.

We used to light bags of poo on fire and leave it on a front porch and ring the doorbell and run when I was young and stupid, it was hilarious when they came out and stomped the fire out.

But this is a new age for sure when grown adults do something like this!
