I have a little borther who I need to check up on periodically so I can make sure that he is not getting into things that he shouldn't be. I know there is some sort of Linux program (I have Linux on my box) that will let you view the screen on a windows box without letting the windows user know that he/she is being monitored. I don't remember what it is called, and it's kind of a hard thing to search for. All help is appriciated!

VNC lets you see and control a windows system. If you have access to his machine, and want to covertly install the server, it would give you access to the desktop.

I'm not suggesting you do something behind another's back, but this is a tool that should do what you want.
