I have stumbled across several sites/ shrines that require "index's" to use.
Where do I acquire such things?

The indexes are "lost" and nearly forgotten, but
you may discover them lying around in various places
on Vvardenfell.

There is a certain mage in Caldera who knows where
each is to be found, but unless you install a mod
from Bethesda called The Master Index Quest, he
won't speak to you about them. <g>

During this quest you will retrieve all the indexes
for him, and as a reward he will give you a Master
Index which works with all the Dunmer Stronghold
teleporters.

They are tiny little things, scattered randomly around Vvardenfell, with no
particular rhyme or reason. Trying to find them on your own is more a
matter of stumbling across them than any kind of logical plan. The makers
of the game created a small, official plugin called "Master Index", where a
guy at the Caldera Mages Guild will send you on quests to recover the
indices. You can get the plugin at
http://www.elderscrolls.com/downlo [...] ugins.htm.

But..If I play on Xbox, the MODs are useless.
Any other ideas?
