Which socket type fan do I need?

Hey all,
I'm having a problem with my system, freezes, hangups, blue screen of death etc. I'm 99% sure my cpu fan is on it's last legs. I can put a new one in, I had to replace the frame that holds the fan about a year ago when a piece snapped off.

The problem I have is which socket type do I need to get? I've got a Pentium IV cpu chip. Intel Pentium 4 Processor 2.8 GHz 533FSB w/ 512K Cache. Mid-Tower ATX Chassis w/ 300W PS U8668D Motherboard

I'm hoping I don't have to take the computer apart just to find out which socket type I need to buy. Also, can anyone recommend a good fan that will keep my system cool even in 90 degree ambient temperature? (the heatwave we're getting lately is killer!)

Thanks in advance :)
