I think you can pre-order it in some retailer but still it won't be delivered before the 27th. I saw it once in Newegg.com about two weeks ago pre-order X6800 but they have taken that down after two days. Check Ebay and maybe you'll see some for bidding at rediculously high price for a tested and benchmark and possibly been pushed to it's limits. So the best thing is to just wait till it comes out then everyone can get a retail version.

How is it completely off topic? And, you're the one mistaking dates; Prozac is correcting you. The 24th is AMD’s price cut, 27th is the Core 2 release date. :?
