Hi, can someone suggest me a good software for movies collection
management? These are the features that it should have:

1) PC client, for inserting and editing data on my PC, then sync with
pocket pc.
2) Retrieval of movies data from internet, comprising a cover image.
This should be done mainly by the PC client.
3) Loans management: I want to be able to mark a movie when I've
borrowed it to somoeone, and to write down the person's name.

Is there something with such functionalities? I hope so :-)

Thank you, bye!

Sounds like windows media player

Sounds like windows media 10 for desktop and PPC.

Your only problem is, if you already *have* a PPC (unless it's an Axim
X30) then there's no update available from WMP9 for PPC. Axim X50 come
with WM10 pre-installed in the operating system.

Basically you need a PPC with WM2003 2nd edition, which comes with
WM10 player (also called "Crescent") and then your desktop can pass
the PPC the album art which it gets off the web, next time it syncs.

Can't help you there ;-)

Maybe you can use XSForms and XSDesigner to create such a database :
www.grandasoft.com or check their user-contributed databases/forms,
you can probably adapt one in a few hours. Actually, try it anyway,
take a look at the CD and movie databases provided there, you'll see
fairly quickly how they can be made in the XSDesigner with drag+drop.
