Be patient and wait a day or so, the skt 939 will drop to the same level. The USA e-tail sites that have dropped AMD prices are showing AM2 and 939 at roughly the same price.

Don't worry we should more price drop starting today. I guess there's more demand still on the 939 compare to the AM2s making the 939 more expensive. But like I said there more price drop to come starting today, if it hasn't happened yet.

Easy and cheap upgrade to Dual Core! I don't care if it's not the fastest or anything else. I'm sure is faster than my 3200+! (in multi-threading)

It is 189 CAD at NCIX for X2 3800 S939. Sounds good to me. Wait till Thursday and they will drop it to 170sh.

is it just me or is everyone updating amd prices and intel's are still high?
