Part of Active Directory Migration Tool's requirement for exporting
passwords is that the "Everyone" Group must be added to the "Pre-Windows
2000 Compatible Access" group on the target domain.
However, when I open the properties of that group and try to add a new
member, there is no such group as "Everyone" whatsoever, while the source
domain controller automatically possesses this group in its own "Pre-Windows
2000 Compatible Access" group. Why would the reserved "Everyone" group not
show up? What is the right way to solve this problem?

Thanks a lot.
