I need a Professional Opinion, of someone who either owns one of these two graphics cards or knows a lot about video cards. IS the X1600XT crossfire addition better than the X800 XL crosfire?

The X800 has a faster bus speed and all, but then i do not understand things liek the difference between directX 9.0 SM3 and normal directX, or what an HDR is? (The x1600 has 16 bit, the x800 has 10bit?) Also what are dual link capabilities, and native display support, I know this is a lot of questions, but on a limited budget i want to get the right video card for the best gaming experience! (I will be buying two to be crossfire)
