Hello and welcome to TGForumz!

Well, there are a few questions I'd like to ask. Already have a DVD/CD Burner? An OS?

You'll be needing a few things if you are getting a motherboard as "open-box" such as an I/O shield and some SATA cables...Is the price difference worth the accessories and the warranty?

On the hard drive, I have to say no. Seagate has some fast Perpendicular recording drives, a good bit faster than other 7.2k HD:

Seagate

Is that the fastest memory that the motherboard/processor can handle? I'm not good with Intel builds. I don't think it is, as the motherboard lists 667 as the fastest. You are somewhat bottlenecking the computer using slower memory.

I recommend this GPU as it is faster, but there have been a few quality issues, but I think they have been fixed:

eVGA 7900GT KO SuperClocked

The Rosewill looks good, but quality may be of question...

Ok, so I took your advice on the memory, HD, and video card, and now I'm looking for a different mobo. Do you have any suggestions? I'm looking for an Intell nForce4 mobo, preferably SLI ready, but not a huge deal if it's not. Please let me know! Thanks for the help so far!

As some first advice, please list the components of what you chose rather than listing web links, as for some people (like me) get annoyed at having to click each individual link.

As for PSUs, consider Seasonic, Enermax, OCZ, and maybe Antec. Also, it seems that Thermaltake's Toughpower series isn't bad either.

Here is the MB that you picked earlier except retail:

Word of advice when shopping online: Don't limit yourself to one source.

I hate to even mention waiting, as if we wait for one thing we will wait for another. As you can see , there aren't any nForce 500 series Conroe boards available, but they should be next month...

If you have some extra cash, then like The_Prophecy says, get one of the MBs that support Conroe. Then again, if you don't plan to upgrade for a long time, you can just get the $88 ASUS board.

Or you can wait for the nForce 500 series... it all depends on when and what you want and how much cash you're willing to spend.
