Is there a case that can use both atx and btx form factors

yes. Thermaltake Armor, CM stacker. The Tt Armor Jr. too i believe.

Aerocool's "Masstige" and the Atrix CSCI-B1001-B34 are also ATX/BTX tower cases.

Thermaltake Kandalf and Armor are among the best ATX/BTX cases money can buy. You need to order the BTX conversion kit for I don't think you can buy one with the BTX setup.

I love my CM Stacker. There is so much room in it and you can put the PSU at the top or the bottom of the case. Even with the complex cooling system I have in it (peltier/watercooling) there is still quite alot of room left). It is quite sturdy.

The only drawback, perhaps, is that it is quite heavy.
