Add 2003 DC to 2000 domain with exch 5.5

Is there a problem with me doing this? Adding a 2003 DC to an existing 2000
domain with exch 5.5!!

No. But keep in mind, are you aware how to add a new 2003 DC to an existing
2000 AD?

I hope Ex55 is not on a DC.

Exch 5.5 is on a DC, i have 2000 exch, but the past two admins never
installed it!! what is my besst bet here to do?

Also can i upgrade my 5.5 to 2000 with out much trouble? Can i just do a
in-place upgrade?

That depends on your scenario. If only one server and a small environment,
and the server can handle Exchange 2000, (still NOT recommended to be on a
DC), then sure, the upgrade will be the easier method.
