This folder, AppData is under user's folder. Somehow it has used 100GB+ in my C: drive, and I check what it has in it, it looks like a back up copy for my system. Can someone tell me what's AppData folder for? How can I unable this back up feature? I dont need extra back up...I think recycle bin is enough for me, I dont want to use 100-200GB space for this feature.

Use a program like windirstat on the appdata folder to see what's using up all of the space.
