I'm looking for a TV Tuner card for my PC. I'll list the following requirements below. Hopefully you guys can help me find what I'm looking for.

Preferably PCI
Has to be able to let me watch TV on my PC (duh)
Record TV shows onto my hard drive

I currently have the digital cable box hooked up to my TV, but if possible, I want to hook it up to my PC and my TV and be able to use the digital cable box to control the television signal on my computer's TV tuner. Thanks in advance for your help.

Happauge has a couple cards available with an infrared repeater, to use with your cable box so that the card can control it.
