NetLogon error in event viewer - Event ID 5722

I get the following error.
The session setup from the computer PAYROLL failed to
authenticate. The name of the account referenced in the
security database is PAYROLL$. The following error
occurred:
Access is denied.


I can not see the computer in network computers.
I have gone as far as disabling the account and resetting.
Nothing up to this point works. The computer is not
allowed access to logon to the domain. Any suggestion
will be greatly appreciated.
