Mobile P4 1700 on desktop motherboard - is it posible?

Intel Pentium 4-M 1.7ghz SL6FG (130nm, 512k L2, 1.3v)

Motherboards - ASUS P4P800-S

Would it work with that motherboard, if so, would stock cooling mount normally? and how well would this baby overclock?
