Events 1030 & 1058

I am getting the following error every 5 minute on my Server 2003 box.....it
is a DC.

I have tried Microsoft Knowlege Base and Tech Net and still can't correct
the problem.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

7B}\gpt.ini>. (Configuration information could not be read from the domain
controller, either because the machine is unavailable, or access has been
denied. ). Group Policy processing aborted.
