c0000135 Error , Server won't boot up

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.advanced_server (More info?)

I was trying to apply SP4 and in between got re booted .After that I am getting the error message saying that 'STOP 'c0000135' unable to find dll .dynamic link library winsrvr could not find in the path . Default Path .
I have tried with booting from CD and try to repair/install , then I am getting the message like 'it couldn't find the hard disk letter '
Could anyone can help me out ?
