Cluster evt 1123/1122

Hi,

I'm getting Event ID 1123 "The node lost communication
with cluster node 'SECCL02A' on network 'Cluster Mgmt'"
followed by Event 1122 "Restablished comm..." a few
seconds later. This happens about 2-3 times per hour.
I'm not seeing any resource groups fail over. I do have
the latest 3Com NIC drivers installed. I've read a few KB
articles, but haven't found anything sepcific. This is a
new cluster, and not in production yet. Any thoughts?

what type of load on this system.
Multi proc? any monitorung sw?
OS w2k or w2k3 etc.
