Hello, Can a raid 1 be setup with an already install Winn7 install?

No, if the OS is going to be a bootable raid, raid must be configured in the bios before installing the OS.

As an option, you may be able to image the OS drive to a backup drive, then configure raid 1 in the bios and restore the image to the raid 1.
