Hello I just bought a 7950GX2 XFX overclocked.I tried running a Aqua Mark and scored a 61,000.I have 2 gig. of ram, FX-60,and 3 hard drives 10k rpm.I know It should be a lot higher.
I tried playing F.E.A.R was playing for 10 min. maybe I let the auto dectet set my settings.I started smelling a burning smell (mind you everything is brand new)I checked my temps. and it was CPU 72f and GPU 88f. 1 min. later the whole computer shut down.I have the lastest drivers for the vid. card 9.1.3.1 .
Can any one please tell me why this card is running slow and why it shut down?OH and I have a 850watt PSU.
