I need help with PERFLIB

Hi. My server report this error:
"The Collect Procedure for the "Tcpip" service in
DLL "C:\WINNT\system32\Perfctrs.dll" generated an
exception or returned an invalid status. Performance data
returned by counter DLL will be not be returned in Perf
Data Block. Exception or status code returned is data
DWORD 0."

Microsoft write about the need of a fix. Anyone knows
where can i get the fix? Or the way to solve this problem?

You need to open a support incident to obtain the hotfix. As long as you only request the hotfix for the article you found
there should be no charge for the support incident.
