windows server 2000

I am trying to create rolling profiles the server is
running windows 2000 server and the other computers that
are connected to server are using windows xp pro. I have
tried for hours to setup up and the main error is I cant
seem to give the user admin rights. Are there any good
tutorial sites on the internet to help. Also would
upgrading to windows server 2003 make creating rolling
profiles easier? Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm guessing that you mean Roaming Profiles, here's a article on how to
create roaming user profiles:
