record information from an IP Phone

Hi All, I have this situation some people that visit the Cybercafe and
use
the different telephones connected in the Cybercafe with different
providers
such as Vonage, ZipGlobal, ect., so I can capture the following
information
using only one computer system in the cybercafe:

1. dialed number
2. dialed country
3. time spend over the phone

Furthermore, the software I can use is .NET, so do you have any idea or
Internet mechanisms that can help achieve this result
