SETA Hardrive Installation

Newbie that is making progress, although very slow needs help in installing SETA hard drive.
Which cables are necessary. Drive came with no instructions.

Unless this is a new type of organic hard drive, i'm guessing you mean a SATA hard drive?

Some SATA cables should have come w/ your motherboard if its recently purchased...

More information and system specs would be helpful in helping.

The cables for connecting SATA should come with your motherboard. There are no other connections like it on the motherboard so just plug it in.

Thanks to all for your patience. I finally got the SATA hooked up. I took out the modular PS and installed the included cable.
Please bear with me, I have another question.
The CPU fan cable has only three holes, but the motherboard has a 4 pin connector.

Ok, there's a reason why your motherboard comes with a manual... Its for you to read it. You should have read it first and foremost before even starting your build.

On page 2-8, it says that there's 4 pins. Its backwards compatible w/ the 3-pin.

See that nice thick line over the 3 pins on the right? That's where your fan plugs into. It can only go in one way. (at least logically)

If you haven't already, stop building and read the documentation first.
