Good service, prompt replies to inquiries, detailed info on items, no hidden tricks or charges, cheap shipping.

yeah, that shipping is what gets to me. If I pay for say, a small heatsink, I do NOT want to be charged over the normal 4 bucks for Priority, thats INSANE!

Yeah, good service is a definite. These days there are so many companies out there selling the same thing for about the same price. The only thing that sets companies apart is the level of service they offer. Consumers don't have to put up with any crap from any company, and they won't either.
Detailed information on all of the items would be helpful as well (such as specific specs on power supplies for those of us trying to figure out if a certain one will work well with our Geforce cards...)

I totally agree. I can only hope to match the service of Crucial (the memory company).

Yep!

They would be difficult to beat.

I ordered my SDRAM online on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered on Tuesday morning before I went to work!

Add to this the quality of their products and the prices - it makes it a pleasure to do business. Its a pity you only buy RAM from them.

I ordered DDR-Ram and the wrong mobo at the same time. The mobo I ordered does not support it. EVen though it is my fault, they gave me a RMA and are swapping it:P
