Good Airflow?

Hi all, for anyone who didn't see my previous post in the hard drives forum, I'm a serious/semi-professional gamer, and I'm going to be getting a completely new rig in the next few months. I don't have a lot of experience with cases, so I figured I'd ask here.

Basically, I'm going to be running graphics-heavy applications (WoW at maxed settings, Oblivion) quite a bit, and so I'm looking for something with good airflow to help maintain cool temperatures over extended periods of time. Specs will be pretty much identical to this guy's: http://forumz.tomshardware.com/hardware/Advice-System-ftopict192626.html.

Is the Lian Li case listed in his spec good enough for heavy, extended use? What are the best airflow options out there right now?

Thanks in advance! =D
