I am using Activsync 3.71 and a HP IPAQ.

All has been fine, but today it will only connect as a guest. I have deleted
the partnership and even removed active sync and re-installed it but still
no joy.
When there is no partnership it connects, sets up a partnership, syncs just
fine. the next time I sync, it will only connect as a guest.

Please, please does anyone have any ideas.

Thanks

Shane

From the command prompt, do this:

regsvr32 msxml3.dll
Now reboot your PC and soft reset your Pocket PC
