I've been looking at getting a notebook from them (namely the Kodachi, because it's small enough to carry around without breaking something). Perhaps I'm paranoid, but how good are they in general? Tech support, build quality, their branding customization...the whole works. And do they have a dead pixel policy?

I've checked reseller ratings, which is normally pretty good at this kind of stuff, but there's only 6 reviews there. Does anybody have first hand experience on how good Mark (and his crew?) are?

Never sold nor heard of one. Can you provide a link to what you are looking at and I can ask some of my other techs if they have dealt with them?
