My first play through this one, for some reason it was conflicting a bit
with one of my other mods and the boat & party of adventurers never
appeared at the docks so Lord Malal just flew out to the new island and
did the quest solo - some backup would have been nice but it was do-able
alone. The Lich was a tough hombre but fell in the end to Malal's
vengence. On the way out I found a stray cat in Legion armour (how cute)
and led him to safety, but with no boat to take us home (I didn't have
the heart to recall and leave him on the island!) the poor moggy had to
swim all the way back to Seyda Neen behind me - must make a "water-walk
on target" spell or something.

It was okay but I must admit rescuing tiddles was the most fun part,
other than that it was really just "see skeleton, kill skeleton" for
half an hour - the herd of rats was quite fun though, they were piled up
about three feet deep at Malal's feet by the end of that one. Lovely fur
rug....

LOL I did that quest once just for the novelty but never saw the cat.
The companions all got killed right away, and "Fhuri the Argonian
Nerevarine" ended up doing most of it alone.

You could be a soul-trapping gazillionaire at the end with enough soul
gems. :)

When I did Firemoth I locked my companions upstairs (can't recall how I did
that) and went and finished it by myself. They arrived back safe and sound
and none the wiser : ). I never saw a cat either. Do you get to keep him?
How cute. I think that's what's missing from Morrowind - pets. Ferocious,
man-eating tabbies or dachsaunds.

Heh. Maybe with Morrowind4Kids, we'll have some models and scripts available
to make a new mod to infest Morrowind with real life animals :)

Doesn't the Morrowind Eden mod do something like that - bunnies and
butterflies and things?

Throw in instant decapitations when the bunny attacks, and you've got a
winner!
