Error Code 146 - HP 2000c

My HP 2000c was printing a bunch of stuff just fine. A little later I
looked down at the printer and all of the lights were flashing. I hit
"resume" and got Error Code 146. Code 141 and 142 have to do with the
yellow printhead, but I can't find 146 listed anywhere... on the HP
website; on the maintenance CD; or on a Google groups search.

I've tried cold shutdowns and removing and reinserting all of the ink
cartridges but it keeps flashing and won't take any commands from the
computer.

Any ideas what this error code means, or other things to try?
