Performance counters missing

I have installed SNMP and Netowrk Monitor Driver but I am still unable to
get the Network Segment performance counters. Please any help appreciated.

You can Add/Remove them by regedit, but it's much easier to use exctrlst.exe
(Extensible Counter Listing Tool) from the resource kit to enable/ disable
the counters.
