Explorer.exe file and svchost file corrupted

Hello,
i know these are main files, is there a simple and free way to replace these? or how do i find them? i am running Windows 7, 32 bit os on here.. thank you.

Frankly, if these files really are corrupted then I'd be suspicious of the whole system. Reinstalling might be your best best.
